The Gospel According to Star Wars

Harry at Heart Truth apparently did some catching up on his Stars Wars viewing over the holiday weekend. Happily, with insightful and poetic results....as he reveals for us the "rest of the story" concerning one we know as Satan.

  4. Sci-fi can be a great illustrator of theological truth. For example, one episode of the old Star Trek involved a crew man who, somehow, was given god like powers. It went straight to his head and he became corrupted. Everyone on the ship cringed in fear.

That simply demonstrates that we are so blessed that our God, having infinite power, also has the wisdom and the compassion need to wield such awesome power. I would not want to live in a universe with a god who has no compassion. Praise God, that is not the case.

    1. It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: 2. To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, Psalms 92
